I can't thank the staff enough for doing such an amazing job, especially given the extremely difficult circumstances they're facing. ​

I was always treated with the greatest level of care, wait times were far less than I expected them to be and the safety measures in place were reassuring. Whenever myself or my family have been treated at the Royal Free over the years, they've always made what could be scary experiences into ones where we've felt confident and well looked after. Thank you so much to the staff who are clearly rushed off their feet but still manage to maintain their patience and keep smiles on their faces. We owe you a great deal.
