I had my second vaccination in may 2021, it has still not been put on my vaccination record, i call weekly to ask someone to do it. It’s quite frankly ridiculous now. It’s always an excuse on why they haven’t done it.
I will say the reception team who I call are absolutely brilliant, friendly and polite. It is absolutely not their fault but they go out of their way to help me.
