"Very unhelpful"

About: Lavant Road Surgery

After hours of being unable to get through on the phone, I went to the surgery. The receptionist wouldn’t open the door and explained I needed to phone. I explained the situation and she said couldn’t help as all she did was book people into the surgery (when you go in you’re pointed to a screen and made to self check in). My son is in need of a repeat prescription and is very poorly, but I am unable to get it. Completely stuck and unsure what to do at this point?!
