"Unhelpful unprofessional Dr"

About: Old Station Surgery

Waited 40 minutes in the freezing cold to wait for a different Dr to the one I had an appointment with. I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia so at this point was very cold my joints aching and in a lot of pain. When I finally got to see a Dr they didn’t seem to know why I was there so spent quite some time explaining what the appointment was for and to find out the wrong blood test had been taken. So had to start all over again meaning I was getting no closer to getting help with my current issue. When I asked the Dr about different medical problem I got very upsetting lecture from them about only being able to discuss one medical problem per appointment. All the time spent on discussing the mistakes made by the surgery could have been used to concentrate on my medical problems. By this time I was very anxious and upset. I went home and had to go to bed for the rest of the day to get warm and rest my aching joints. I thought the medical profession we’re supposed to help you not make you feel more I’ll. This bad experience has made me dread contacting the surgery for fear of being treated badly again. So I now suffer with my outstanding medical problems without any treatment or support. Being made to feel this way is unacceptable
