About: East Surrey Hospital

I would like to thanks all the staff that looked after my mum, from the ambulance crew, to the Newdigate ward staff. My mum broke her hip and she was looked after so amazingly well by everyone, I was also looked after and kept updated with what was happening. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for taking the time to share your mothers recent experience on Newdigate ward at East Surrey Hospital. We are really pleased that her care was managed in such a positive way and that the team kept you updated. They will be really pleased to hear this as it is something they have been trying hard to improve for patients and families particularly during changes to hospital visiting during covid.
