About: Three Villages Medical Practice

We are able to access our practice via the internet rather than phoning with a query or for an appointment, in my experience a quick response is received from the surgery offering an appropriate solution (I have received both phone and face to face appointments). Patients who cannot use the internet can still phone the surgery with no long waiting times. I think this is an excellent system, it avoids a lot of time wasting and enables you to think carefully about your problem before writing it down rather than feeling pressurised when talking on the phone
