"Professional and cheery care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Blood vessel problems ( Vascular Ward 11a &11d) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General medicine (Wards 5d) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Specialist Assessment & Treatment Area (SATA)

(as a service user),

I arrived in early January struggling badly with what turned out to a blood clot in my lung.  I arrived at the SATA unit where I was looked after by Scott and James who were very professional and caring. I was transferred to ward 5B where the staff continued the professional and cheery care. Please forward my thanks to all.

Dear Pedrog33,

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear what happened and hope you’re recovering well?

We really appreciate you taking time to leave positive feedback about the teams’ professionalism and positive attitude. I will make sure your feedback is shared with Scott and James, as well as the staff in ward 5B.

Please stay safe and take care.

Kind Regards,

Euan
