"Terrible treatment"

I have been trying to contact this surgery regarding a repeat prescription for iron tablets and also a skin complaint i have that could or could not be related ? repeatedly say they will call back regarding both these issues and they don't, i was asked to send pictures of my skin complaint to the doctor as (due to covid ?) they can't see me in person ,When i rang the doctors today after waiting 45 minutes the receptionist answered and was totally clueless and after i raised my concerns that nobody had contacted me and that i'd waited so long to have my call answered she then told me she was putting the phone down, which she did!! Shocking treatment and i am just hoping that my skin complaint isn't anything serious . The problem with my iron tablets has been going on for 2 years now and not once have i been asked to go for a blood test to recheck my levels. If you would care to look into this for me my name is Louise Saunders
