"Excellent medical treatment"

Medically, I have nothing but praise for the treatment I had, two cataract procedures. However the admin left something to be desired. After being invited in mid-December to have the second op on 12 January in your Wokingham clinic, I had neither written confirmation nor any instructions about isolating despite trying to phone you and even sending an e-mail on 5 January which remained unanswered. A letter finally came on 11 January, dated the 10th, inviting me to Wolverhampton instead of Wokingham!

Fortunately I had had the good sense to assume that isolation was still necessary despite all the changing regulations nationally.

Once again I have nothing but praise for your medical staff who instilled a sense of confidence with their reassuring approach.
