"Excellent surgery"

I've been with this surgery for the last 2 years and even with additional covid pressures, it is by far the best surgery I've ever been with.

My experiences are based on routine tests and minor infections/issues that have been treated promptly. I've also been diagnosed with conditions I've suspected for years, that were missed in the past. Fast referrals were made where appropriate. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and it's clear that they care for their patients and providing the right treatment/testing.

It's always been possible to get an appointment and often same day. They're using telephone/in person hybrid really well and it shows in their availability. The reception staff are patient and do a really great job of assessing and checking what appointment is needed.

I'm leaving the surgery due to moving outside the area but would absolutely stay if I could. I really appreciate the care I've received here so a massive thank you for being excellent!
