Staff where amazing, really helpful and friendly. Arranged another visit without having to be asked to do so. Really cheered my father up.

Dear Amara,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the Virtual Visiting Service.

As a team, we are so pleased that patients and their loved ones can benefit from being to access the service, especially at the minute, when we know restrictions can be challenging. It can be very tough to be separated from loved ones when they are unwell, and I'm really happy to hear that the staff were helpful to you.

I hope you look forward to the next visit with your father, and wish him a speedy recovery.
