"Some,not all Arrogant,rude,condersending staff"

Reception hit and miss,some very polite and helpful,some not so.

Same with the Doctors,one certain Doctor is rude,arrogant,condersending and actually told me,even tho I have a completely detached tendon in my shoulder,a full tear in another tendon and the start of osteoarthritis in the shoulder joint...That my pain is not that bad!!!waiting for my 5th surgery in agony.

A letter from the mental health Team was received over a month ago and only just actioned when I chased it up.

Some Doctors make it quite clear you're

Wasting their time and obviously don't listen.

A couple of Doctors are pretty good and caring,one is exceptional.

My solicitor emailed some GP notes...

Stating on the 24/12/20 I was offered a ooh or F2F next day at Midday.. Xmas Day

Yeah right,and I refused as "had to go shopping with my GF"

I hate shopping with my GF and refuse to go,funny feeling its the rudest most arrogant doctor there.

Be looking into this very soon.

Be kind to your patients,its part of your job,if people have mental health issues

You make them worse..absolutely shocking and unfair.
