"Helpful and supportive practice "

About: Firstcare Practice

My high blood pressure meds caused swelling of my legs and feet. Contacted practice and after a busy line spoke to Gp and explained my problem. He changed my meds and ordered blood test. Swelling got better but bp started going high and had chest pain. Phoned practice again and informed them of my visit to A&E due to my chest pain and changed of meds. Practice gradually increased dosage but bp remained high. Call to practice again today and prescribed additional meds after diary of bp records forwarded to practice. Will phone them again to give feedback of effect of meds if any. Although I have terrible headache most of the time due to realy high blood pressure I don't know what else the practice could do to help.
