"Very Good Practice"

Our family have been at the surgery for years. We have always had excellent care and the doctors looked after my late mother-in-law so well. When you are in and out of there a lot you see how much pressure the receptionists work under but they are always helpful and kind. It’s sad that people are keen to criticise and complain without recognising that they are there for us week in week out, especially over the last few difficult years. We are very grateful for all they have done for us. Thank you
