I recently underwent an Endoscopy at ESH .
After enduring the prep on the day before I was more than eager to get the procedure completed.
From my arrival at the Endoscopy Suite Reception until I was discharged following the procedure the Staff were excellent. Fully explaining everything and answering my questions eased my concerns. The staff maintained a high professional standard but were friendly and willing to laugh at my jokes and comments.
The Doctor carrying out the procedure was very professional and explained everything he was doing.
Well done to the Endoscopy Suite Team @ ESH your a real credit to the NHS.
In such testing times it was a pleasure being treated by you all.
