"Support from my GP Practice"

About: General practices in Lothian

(as a service user),

I contacted my GP practice.

The receptionist staff were responsive and helpful, explaining everything clearly.

I recieved a telephone conversation which felt appropriate as a first response. 

A follow up consultation with the GP was efficient and useful.

I felt I was listened to and cared for.

I recognise this is an extremely difficult for all and the staff are working hard.
