"7 month - non diagnosis"

Following 2 telephone consultations, 1 blood test, 1 trial medication a two month wait for vial availability and now a 2 month wait for an external apointment, I have now been trying to get a diagnosis for a painful condition for 7 months. How long must a patient suffer before a physical examination will take place?
