I had a blood test booked for 8.20am. I was informed by the Receptionist, who was very apologetic that the Nurse carrying out the test had to good home. I was given the opportunity to wait for another Nurse who could fit me in or attend another appointment at 12pm. I opted to wait. Within 5 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I was called through. Very prompt service
