"Awful practice"

About: Oak Tree Health Centre

I had some blood test done in October twice. At the second time the nurse said that I have some bad results but she wasn't able to give me details so I tried to book appointment with GP, of course I couldn't do it on the desk, lady in reception said that I need to call. So I called and was too late to book appointment, I called many times and always heard that please call next week. Is January, I still don't know my results and still need to call different day. So frustrating!
