"Fern Centres invaluable presence"

Having gone through my 1st diagnosis of cancer in 2006 prior to the Fern Centre's opening, the presence of the centre this time around has been invaluable.

Having somewhere so friendly & warm to drop into or catch your breath between appointments has been lovely.

The holistic therapies on offer provide a dedicated time & space to focus on yourself as well as boosting you physical health.

I have greatly benefited from my sessions with Karen and enjoyed the 'feel good' energising session arranged by the centre.

I've also signed up to the counselling to look after my mental health & some mindfulness session that I am very looking forward too!!
