"Terrible service"

Where do I start, the receptionists have far too much authority and refuse to provide you with an appointment within an acceptable timeframe. My partner was suffering from a mental health crisis and reception were so unhelpful making her wait over a week for a ‘call’ from the Dr, when she phoned again begging to be seen sooner she was treated with complete disregard, and we ended up at A&E crying out for help! Poor poor care from this surgery, if you have any urgent issue that needs to be resolved, good luck! If you want to feel completely unsupported and receive a poor service and be treated badly, this is the surgery for you! Shame on you Alma Road, at a time when Mental Health is a serious issue you failed us in every aspect! I hope no one else is ever made to feel as helpless as we were!
