I have been diagnosed in a sex-health clinic with an emergency disease requiring an important follow-up by my GP.
I called, explaining that and I had, despite a referral letter to complete a online form where my diagnostic doesn't even exist...!
Finally the online form tell me to call back the practice... and the secretary asked me what I have! It's been two times and I don't have to share clinical information with someone I don't know on phone! I refused politely and she asked me to email my referral letter to the GP.
Again I don't want to display my clinical informations in that way to any workers. My health informations are private and confidential.
In consequence, I can't have an appointment for my situation... because a secretary decided without any formation for it.
If nothing is done before tomorrow, I will start a formal complaint.
"Again... really bad"
