"Excellent care"

I had to get to get inflixamab infusions today . My veins are very deep and very difficult to access, for roughly two hours different staff members tried to fit cannula however my veins were proving obstinate.

All staff were great and the problem lay with my physical make up . 

I was feeling slightly distressed and it did look like I wouldn’t get my treatment then someone sent for Tracey from the hep dept.

Tracey was absolutely fantastic with me and  everything that makes our NHS nurses brilliant , kind , caring and amazing at her job. Although I was in a bit of discomfort, Tracey put me at ease and simply left me in awe at her brilliance. 

I really can’t thank her enough. I have private medical through my employment and can honestly say I have never seen anyone in the private sector who could match up to Tracey .
