I've been struggling for months with pain as I have gall stones and I'm awaiting a op. So I rung the docs surgery yesterday and the lady that answered was so helpful she let me rant on and cry and then even offered to help me further by printing of a letter and chasing up who I needed to ring. The lady was amazing and I can't thank he lady or the receptionists enough x.
