"5* Customer care"

After being on the waiting list for the Hospital for over 18 months and moving to Community Eyecare for my cataracts, I am absolutely thrilled with the Customer Care I have received. I was contacted promptly with my first appointment to take my measurements, it turns out that I only needed one cataract doing and the other needed laser. I then was contacted to book BOTH my cataract and laser both for January. The staff are so polite and helpful and couldn't do enough to help me. They have made my Christmas.

Our staff understand that having eye surgery is scary, and they try their best to ensure that you are calm and at ease before your surgery.
