Firstly, thank you for changing the awful hold music on your phone system. Secondly, have you listened to the recorded message that you have placed on your phone system before you can even press a number to be connected to your staff? The message is far too long, irrelevant given so much has changed with covid and needs to be updated. A good idea is to call the number yourself as if you are a patient calling your own GP surgery and see how it feels, sometimes this helps us learn what patients go through. Other than that your services are very good and receptionists very helpful. Thank you.
