"Awful organisation"

I am coming up to 37 weeks of pregnancy and I was due to have my appt to get booked in for my c-section this afternoon and I received a call less than an hour before the appt to inform me that the doctor was off sick and they would delay the appt by a whole week at which I will be 38 weeks pregnant. Surely another doctor could take my appt or it could be online. I am left anxious, unsure and having to go into work with an unsure finishing date. I would never have another baby at this hospital.
