"Can't get to speak to anyone"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

First appointment was quite soon after referral. MRI scan and Bone scan followed but waiting on biopsy appointment. Trying to chase this up,can't get an answer on any phone numbers ....either cut off or message saying unable to take your call at the moment or leave a message and we'll get back to you. MacMillan and consultant secretary haven't got back. Very frustrating and upsetting. We have notes of phone numbers and times when we attempted to make contact only to be met with recorded messages or cut off or passed between different departments. At a time when a cancer diagnosis stops you in your tracks and puts your life on hold, the lack of communication is not really good enough and only adds to the worry.
