"The receptionist was nice and reassuring"

Over the weekend I didn’t feel right when urinating and can feel it getting worse. I vibrating my GP Monday morning and explained, receptionist was lovely and said I can come and give a sample as soon as I am able to. I went in at and did my sample at the GP, an hour and a half later a doctor called me to say I needed antibiotics and had sent my prescription over to my usual chemist. I felt the receptionist that dealt with me when I walked into the GP was so nice and reassuring and sorted everything out in no time. It’s an awful having UTI and really helps when things go smoothly.
