I was referred to this ENT by GP to clear my earwax and check my ears. It was an appointment on 8th of December 2021 in the morning. She explained the process in details and help me arrange another two following appointments with audiology department and MRI scanning. Although I’m not happy with the audiology department failed to book an appointment for me, I’m sincerely grateful for what the doctor had done. I got a MRI scanning invitation letter by post after a week! Thank you ENT!
