All of the staff I met during my [first ever] visit to the day care unit were lovely; there was always someone on hand to provide support.

Right from the start, reception were welcoming and I was made very comfortable throughout the whole experience.

I'd also like to mention how understanding staff were of my anxiety disorder, and for giving me the time to talk privately when I wanted to do so.

I absolutely cannot fault Royal Bolton Hospital, it is a credit to the NHS. Many thanks!
