I just want to thank charlotte my Worker at women team over the last months she has been a very good support she phones and check on me all the time and explains  if dont understand  she been my rock lately so thank

Hi Loveu

It's very nice to hear from you and thanks for getting in touch to share your experiences with us.

I'm Lydia, one of the people who listens and responds to people's feedback.

Its so important that you have somebody to support you through your recovery and it's lovely to hear that you've felt really well supported by Charlotte. I can appreciate how frustrating it feels when it's hard to completely understand exactly what's happening and why. It's amazing to hear that Charlotte has helped you in those situations and I can only imagine how reassuring that must have felt for you.

I'm going to make sure Charlotte and her manager get to hear about the feedback you have left about her, so she gets the recognition she deserves.

I hope that you achieve all of the goals you have set for yourself in your recovery and make sure you take the time to be proud of every step you take towards them.
