"Top class"

I had a day procedure recently at the unit in the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. I have to say it was an easy visit and I was incredibly well looked after. No waiting at all, despite the current Covid situation. I was called almost immediately, and the Consultant was already waiting got me by the time I'd changed. Straight into theatre, no hanging about, and before I knew it the procedure was done and I was back in recovery. Quick cuppa and a few biscuits and I was on my way. The staff were all lovely and they kept me informed throughout. The hospital is the best ever. The staff never fail to make their patients comfortable and calm. And the treatment received is top class. Sometimes I think we can take that for granted. I would like to thank all those who looked after me that day, and on other occasions when I've had similar experiences. Worth their weight in gold. Each and every one of them.
