I felt valued and very well cared for by the two staff members that took me through the MRI process. They knew I was worried as I had a traumatic MRI experience at another (private) hospital. I had ear plugs, headphones and classical music whilst the procedure took place. They checked on me regularly and I felt totally at ease, even to the point of dozing off! I’m so impressed with the care I received today.
