I came to the Emergency Department at Daisy Hill after developing problems with my heart. All the staff in A&E were absolutely flat out and I wasn't seen until after about 6 hours. They were absolutely great however, although they were worked off their feet.
Up on the Male Medical Ward it has been absolutely fine. The staff have all been grand. I would like to mention three nurses in particular who have been exceptional - Nicole, Eve and Mavis- who have all been brilliant.
I have no improvements to suggest - the staff are doing the absolute best that they can with what they have to work with.
