My elderly Mother who has Alzheimers, suffered a fall which immobilised her. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding and organised a rapid assessment with help and support happening within 24 hours. Also I was called back within an hour by the clinical pharmacist, who sorted out pain relief and got a call back from the Doctor the following day. All in all I am extremely impressed by this surgery- an excellent team :)
