(as a service user),

I am very grateful to have taken part in these classes with Joe who is based in Belfast. I am on palliative chemotherapy which is physically draining. The classes were good as they encouraged me to exercise the whole body from head to toe and demonstrated the importance of good posture and breathing.   Joe was very patient and supportive throughout the programme which I would highly recommend. 

Joe is very knowledgeable regarding other organisations and has signposted me to those that offer further physical activity and ongoing support.
