(as a relative),

My mum has been on ward 9 for 16 weeks. The care she has received has been outstanding. The staff have all gone above and beyond to care and support her. She struggles with her mental health at times and several of the staff have really taken her under their wings. They have been so caring and compassionate. Mum always comments on how good they have all been and also how good they work together as a team. Despite the current pressures due to covid the ward environment remains spotlessly clean and has a friendly feel.

Thank you so much for feeding back on your Mothers observations from a patients perspective, it is great to get feedback on the ward cleanliness and camaraderie of all the staff working together as one.
