About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Regional Day Procedure Unit

(as a service user),

I had a minor operation today at the Day procedure unit, Lagan Valley. The care felt gold standard throughout. From the initial meeting and talking me through the process the support and care was perfect for me throughout.

The nursing and care staff of the DPU and theatre, and the medical staff all taking time to explain and reassure me. It felt like a partnership experience where I felt listened to and supported. Thanks to the wonderful team and great care.
