About: Carrington House Surgery

Staff hanging up on you is not an uncommon thing it seems. I do not know how anyone can book any appointments as after the long wait on the phone you will be told that all appointments are fully booked. The online booking doesn't work either.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you are experiencing issues making an appointment, however it is a concern to me that you express there is a problem with the phone system. Please can you email the surgery so we can contact you directly and investigate the matter further and help you with ASK NHS.
