"Very very very long wait"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

I have an accident on 2nd jan 2022 at 8 clock around. I came straight away a and e department and then i just book my appointment and then they call me after 2 and half hours. In meantime bleeding too much my hand but still they said it’s not important and i am waiting 2 & half hours only for dressing. And that again i am waiting more than 5 hours at that time my pain is too much but no one listening. I have a here very very bad experience. I pray my god I don’t want to come here for any treatment. It’s my horrible experience at this hospital. Now I understand this is a emergency service. Waiting too much with pain. Really sad for everyone.

I am sorry to hear hear of your accident and hope you are recovering well now.

I was disappointed to read that you had a bad experience at the Accident and Emergency department at Northwick Park Hospital. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us and I have now made sure to pass it onto the team so that they can learn from your experience.

It is not always clear to patients waiting to be seen in the department of the triage process and so I apologise that you had a long wait whilst in pain without any information given to yourself.
