About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I would just like to thank all medical staff and security at RVI A&E Newcastle. My daughter has received excellent care on numerous occasions relating to mental health and self harm issues. Also thanks to the staff on ward 46 who helped her and treated her very well in her latest admission to endoscopy service.

All staff are courteous and professional and friendly which is always a great relief to me as a mother. Unfortunately this is a very serious mental health condition with repeated visits/admissions.
