About: Jubilee Gardens Medical Centre

Your Review: Called the surgery, was told by receptionist I can not speak to GP & to call the following morning, I explained to the receptionist I don’t have access to a phone all day & expresses the urgency. She stated she will pass on a message. No one has called me the following day as I was unable to make the early morning call. I called again at 11am & I listened to a recording for 20 minutes saying I’m currently number one in the queue. This was so frustrating. Eventually some one answered & refused to tell me if a Dr was available.. Then the receptionist who took the call insisted I tell her all my details only to tell me the Dr has gone home.

I’m disgusted with the the service at jubilee gardens, staff are never helpful, they’re dismissive & rude. They’re always late & it’s very uncomfortable speaking to receptionist who struggle to understand the basics. I also struggle to understand when staff speak to each other in their native tongue, this is unprofessional & offensive. Out of 20 times I call the surgery I have 20 issues. It’s outrageous & not good enough. The only time I get a call is after I write a review or make a complaint. No one calls regarding the concern i called about.

No consideration for vulnerable patients or patients less able to get to the surgery, receptionists who clearly have no empathy or compassion for people & an overall lack of concern for patients that are concerned for their well being, leaving patients feeling undervalued & a burden on the NHS.

This happens all to often & im appalled at the service jubilee gardens has to offer.

Something has to be done to stop this from happening.

When I get a call about this review I’ll be promised for the 50th time that this won’t happen again.
