(as a parent/guardian),

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Dr Smith in the Children's Hospital Orthopaedics and the team who works with him from the portering staff to the admin, theatre staff to ward staff and physiotherapy staff they were all fantastic I cannot fault them in any way and just wanted to give some good feedback in light of all the bad press the hospital has been getting.  So thank you all for looking after my daughter I am so appreciative of everything you did for her.

We were just about to log off for 2021, and your post popped up in our inbox and it's brought a massive smile all around to the whole team. What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the year.

We are enormously proud of our entire team, and we thank you so sincerely for your recognition of all of the specialties involved in your daughters care. Our Director has already passed on his own thanks along with yours.

Debmum0302, everything in your post is every reason we all love working for the Children's Hospital, thank you for trusting us with the care of your daughter and we hope so much she is recovering well at home.
