"I thought I’d have a longer wait…"

About: The Great Western Hospital

I cut my finger badly in the evening and my husband took me to A&E who asked me to go to Urgent Care, I was checked in, my husband had to leave me, which although not ideal was understandable at the moment. There were quite a few people waiting, all masked and socially distanced. I was seen, treated and back home within the hour. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and friendly despite being very busy. Thank you so much for your help.
