Feeling very anxious about gallbladder surgery and in November had successful surgery on third planned date. Ms Canning and her team from book in to after care were fantastic.
I was made to feel welcome and expected upon m'y late arrival when I had been sitting in my car terrified to go in.
Ms Canning and anaesthetist with nursing staff distracted me and put me under with kindness and humour.
I stayed overnight and was so well looked after by all particularly the lovely Dee who made me feel so very comfortable.
Thank you so much for your expertise, kindness and care.
