"Try to get through on the telephone "

About: Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust

Spent over an hour trying to get through to appointments. 25 times the phone line is busy and 8 times it rings only to be cut off after a few minutes. Working full time I can't just keep ringing.

However when I was treated there I can't fault it. Just answer the phones!
