(as a relative),

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the practice staff, Dr Paling, district nurse Paula, dementia care nurse Rebecca, Alisha & Mia from Willowstone, Golden Years & Helen’s Trust, you are all absolute angels.

Sorry if we have missed anyone, all staff have been wonderful.
Their support and care has been fabulous, supporting my husband with his dementia. We are so grateful that he was able to be cared for in his own home right up until his last day. We will be forever eternally thankful.
