"Fantastic Practice with Amazing Staff"

Throughout these challenging Covid times, I have had many health difficulties which have left me very poorly, in pain and struggling each day. This is a GP practice which will do all they can to help when life feels impossible and your health suddenly changes. For months and months all the GPS have worked together to help me find out what is wrong. Thet have always been professional, kind, understanding, empathic and caring. The receptionists have all been kind, caring and understanding and also doing everything they can to help when I've felt unwell. All the nurses have been lovely when taking my blood and have always welcomed me with a friendly face which helps a lot when you're feeling very poorly. I have even chatted to a nurse about blood pressure who again was kind, understanding and caring about what I was going through at the time. As a family, we are incredibly grateful for everyone who works within this practice and does such an amazing job when this must be one of the most difficult times the practice has faced. Thank you to every one of you and for everything you have done. We wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year, it is very much deserved.
