"This experience was far from the best"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

We fully appreciate the Scottish Ambulance Service is under immense pressure just now, however there was no need for a crew to arrive and leave us feeling basically told off for calling a 999 Ambulance.

It was last resort calling one and fully explained the situation to a Call Handler. They agreed an Ambulance was required and help was arranged.

Throughout the whole time they were in the house I felt they were off hand and made us feel we were wasting their time.

We've had various Ambulance Crews attend the wife over the years and have to say this experience was far from the best.

Hi Alan, Thank for your response. I've completed the form on the Scottish Ambulance Service website. I've had an automated response to say it had been received and would be dealt with in due course.
